Pine View Farm is a working Christmas tree farm that has been in the Steidle family for three generations. In addition to the agricultural and historic value of the 19th century homestead, the easement agreement protects a variety of wildlife habitats including a stream, open fields, woodlands and wetlands, which are home to ducks, muskrats, mink and owls.
